FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PRODUCTS AT WHOLESALE?
Currently, our custom line is not available for wholesale. However, our everyday stationery, back to school products and holiday line are available to sell wholesale at a minimum order of $750.
WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESS?
If you would like to purchase less than 50 products, you can login directly to our wholesale website (reference wholesale login above). Once you login, you will be able to navigate the CBP wholesale website. When you click on a product, you will see the wholesale price, suggested retail price and minimum quantity order. Click to add to cart, enter your quantity and proceed to checkout.
WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES?
We require that you purchase a minimum of 10 of each product.
WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL TURN AROUND TIME?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days based on order and size and product availability. Orders placed after 2PM CST on a business day will be guaranteed to ship out within 7-10 business days, subject to product availability. Orders placed after 12PM on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday as we do not operate on Saturdays/Sundays. If you have any specific timing requirements, add to the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate.
DO YOU OFFER CONSIGNMENT?

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW ITEMS?
We update our assortment seasonally so expect to see new items around the early spring and early fall timeframes (March and September).
CAN I POST IMAGES ON MY WEBSITE AND SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes, we encourage you to post about us and our product and we ask that you tag @chereeberrypaper.
DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Yes, you are responsible for the shipping charges, which will be a separate line item on your email confirmation.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD?
CBP’s standard shipping method is ground. If you require a more expedited shipping method, please let us know so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?
Your product should arrive within 1-4 business days of the shipment date. Orders placed after 12PM on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday as we do not operate on Saturdays/Sundays. If you have any specific timing requirements, add to the notes section and we will do our best to accommodate.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
All wholesale payments are due BEFORE we ship the product to you. If you are ordering through our site, you simply pay upon checkout. If you request an invoice via email, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice before any of the items are shipped.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED PRODUCT?
If you receive any damaged product from CBP, we ask that you provide photo evidence within 48 hours to our team so that we can either send replacements or credit you back.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
To return a package (please note that personalized orders are non-refundable).
– Please visit our “Contact Us” page and select “General Comment” to outline the reasons you need to make a return.
– Please ensure you ship back to our shop “Cheree Berry Paper, 9214 S. Clayton Road, St. Louis MO 63124.”
– CBP will accept returns on retail product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the same form of payment as the sale was made. All items must be returned in the original packaging and un-used.
WHAT IS YOUR WHOLESALE DISCOUNT?
Our standard wholesale pricing reflects a 50% discount off of the regular retail price.
