Pricing ProposalPricing ProposalWe’ll send you a pricing proposal for your project depending on your quantity, design and customization needs. We’ll give you base pricing plus optional add-ons to consider.

You Say “Yes”!You Say “Yes”!You said it once – we hope you say it again. Once you approve our pricing proposal and all your design questions are answered, the ball is in our court to send a design agreement your way.

Design PhaseDesign PhaseLet the fun begin. We’re in the studio working on your designs! Once your proofs are ready, they will be sent to you electronically in PDF format. From there, we’ll await your feedback before working on revisions.

Project TimelineProject TimelineWe’ll send you a timeline before starting the design phase so you know when to expect design proofs and when you’ll receive your finished product. In a rush? No worries, we’ll do our best to get it done!

Design AgreementDesign AgreementYou’ll receive a formal design agreement to complete and sign. Before starting on designs, we require a signed agreement and a 50% deposit upfront based on the estimated cost of your project.

ProductionProductionAfter your final proof is approved, we’ll send your job to production! Our printers are the best in the country so please be patient during this process. Once your job is ready to ship or mail, we’ll contact you to confirm all the details.

Mail or Ship?Mail or Ship?We can either stuff, stamp and mail your invitations on your behalf, or we can ship the finished product to you to stuff, stamp and mail. Read more about our postage and mailing services here.

Final InvoiceFinal InvoiceYou will receive a final invoice for your balance due once your order has shipped or your mailing has been completed. You can pay by check or credit card. Read more about our payment terms in FAQs.
